The project is located in Hunnan District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, within the Qipanshan Scenic Area. It targets active younger seniors by integrating China National Pharmaceutical Group's health products, designing activities such as mountain aerobic exercises and exploring traditional folk villages. This combination creates a unique travel and residence service product with distinct characteristics of China National Pharmaceutical.

The project is located next to the Tailing Mausoleum in the Thirteen Tombs Scenic Area of Changping District. It has a building area of approximately 8,979.3 square meters and a land area of around 26,160 square meters. The project consists of a Western Courtyard and an Eastern Courtyard. Based on the current elderly care and family vacation consumption habits and needs of Beijing and Changping District, the surrounding services, the geographical location, the surrounding environment and amenities, as well as the project's own conditions, it fully leverages its three friendly resource advantages (scenic area resources, family vacation friendliness, and urban accessibility).

The overall positioning of the project is a high-quality dual-age wellness vacation community. It aims to become the first domestic "elderly care and child-friendly" integrated wellness vacation destination, providing a comprehensive service system with rich functions and well-equipped facilities for medical care, wellness, nurturing, leisure, and learning. The project is located at 26 Rongcheng Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, within the Badaguan Scenic Area, often referred to as the "Switzerland of the East." It covers an area of 1,134.2 square meters and has a building area of 1,876.76 square meters, with a total of 60 care beds. As the first "nursing home" type institution under the Sinopharm Wellness brand structure, the center leverages the resource advantages of the Sinopharm Wellness industry and its well-established medical resources. Adhering to advanced dementia care concepts, it targets the urgent needs of the regional elderly care population. The center specializes in dementia care, rehabilitation nursing, travel and wellness, and nutritional meals, providing professional and personalized medical and wellness services for self-sufficient seniors, those with partial disabilities, full disabilities, and cognitive impairments.

Guest Rooms
The project plans to have 34 nursing rooms with a total of 62 beds. Among them, the 1st and 2nd floors will consist of standard rooms (double occupancy), totaling 14 rooms with 28 beds. The 3rd and 4th floors will consist of specialized nursing rooms (14 double occupancy rooms and 6 single occupancy rooms), totaling 20 rooms with 34 beds.

Amenities
The project plans to set up 4 unit living rooms, with one on each floor. Each room will have 12 activity tables, suitable for elderly residents to dine and engage in daily activities.
Additionally, it includes supporting facilities such as medical rooms, soothing care rooms, cleaning rooms, laundry rooms, accessible bathrooms, and public assisted bathing rooms.

The project is located in Chengguan Town, Dawu County, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. Based on the illustrious history, rich red culture, and historical heritage of Xiaogan as a "red city," the project aims to establish itself as a Red Education Base for the Sinopharm Group's University for the Elderly. It will offer red tourism and wellness services for seniors, allowing them to reminisce about the red years.

The project is located in Xinshi Town, Jingmen City, Hubei Province. Targeting the younger elderly population in surrounding areas such as Wuhan, Jingmen, and Jingshan, the project utilizes on-site resources to design multifunctional scenes for activities like fishing, crafting, sightseeing, and tasting. It aims to provide a comfortable, leisurely, simple, and green lifestyle for the elderly.

The project is located at 233 Development Avenue, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The overall design adopts a garden-style layout with flowers blooming throughout the year, creating a beautiful environment. It is situated in Pengjiang District, the political and financial center of Jiangmen City.

Guest Room
There are a total of 200 guest rooms with 300 beds available. Among these, there are 78 standard single rooms, 103 standard double rooms, and 19 standard suites, capable of accommodating approximately 300 guests simultaneously. The rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, digital television, and offer self-service laundry facilities.

Amenity
There are 15 various types of meeting rooms including large, medium, and small sizes, multimedia training rooms, etc. Among them, there is 1 large meeting room that can accommodate 210 people, 5 medium-sized meeting rooms for approximately 60-120 people each, and 1 classroom for 180 people.
Additionally, the facility is equipped with a library, gymnasium, a restaurant named "Yi Restaurant" (which can accommodate up to 500 diners), and outdoor basketball/tennis courts.
